★ Up to 2 exams and routine cleanings ★ All necessary x-rays (full mouth 1x/3yrs, Bitewings 1x/1yr, additional as needed ★ Intraoral Images and iTero scans as needed ★ 2 Emergency visits: exam and xrays as needed ★ Up to 2 Fluoride treatments when indicated ★ Up to 20% Discount on General Dentistry except Invisalign/Clear Aligners ★ $1000 off Invisalign/ Clear Aligners
Plan Pricing:
Children (Ages 0-13): $249/year
Adult: $375/year
Adult Perio: $450/year
Includes 2 additional maintenance appointments/year after deep cleaning (does not include deep cleaning).
*The Pearl Dentistry Membership Plan is NOT insurance. By signing up for a membership plan, you agree to full payment at the time of service. No refunds will be issued after the membership plan has been purchased. The membership plan is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
